Friday, March 15:
Arrive at 4 pm or later: find your room, enjoy a light snack, meet & greet, saunter to the beach.
5 pm -ish: grounding Yoga session for hips & shoulders, slow flow, followed by a nourishing dinner (6:30pm). Round off your day with a short yoga nidra (guided lying down meditation). Use the hottub any time!
Saturday, March 16
7:30 am Sunrise meditation (or sleep in!) 8:30am Breakfast.
9;30 am Invigorating 90 minute Yoga class.
Lunch: pack your lunch or eat in, plenty of time to hike, get a massage, rest, read, or spend time at the beach
4pm: light snack/teatime, followed by a late afternoon yoga session and meditation.
6 pm: vibrant dinner
After dinner options: night hike at the beach and/or Yoga Nidra session
