• $100 - 1st payment due March 13th, 2023
• $319 - 2nd payment due April 13th, 2023
• $319 - 3rd payment due May 13th, 2023

• $319 - 5th payment due July 13th, 2023
• $319 - Final payment due August 13th ,2023

Payments by checking account (no fee) and credit cards (2.9% fee ) are accepted at checkout 

ENTIRE GROUP CANCELLATION:

Upon the signing of this contract, the GROUP agrees that the GROUP will not change Tour Operator/Travel Agent or travel directly without Educational Travel Tours, Inc. under any circumstances. In the case that this breach of contract occurs, the proportional cancellation penalty clause “below” will not apply and all monies will be forfeited to the Tour Operator in addition to the penalties for financial losses incurred by Tour Operator for empty air seats, hotel attrition, and supplier penalties would apply.

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS will be within the group:

A. Written cancellations received after June 1, 2023, will be charged a $55.00 per seat cancellation penalty. 

B. Written cancellations received between 90 days and 31 days of departure will be charged a $200.00 cancellation fee plus any non-refundable deposits made to vendors. 

C. Written cancellations within 30 days of departure will be subject to a 100% per person penalty

Participants acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy upon registering and submitting the trip deposit.      

THE OPTIONAL GROUP TRAVEL PROTECTION OFFERED BELOW MAY BE THE ONLY METHOD TO RECEIVE ANY REFUND DEPENDING UPON THE DATE OF CANCELLATION AS SPECIFIED IN THE ABOVE CANCELLATION POLICY!!

An Optional Group Travel Protection Plan is available for you to purchase for your trip. The Group Travel Protection Plan inclusions are listed in the downloadable PDF document link below. The rates are based on the entire trip cost and you will need that information in order to receive an accurate cost for the coverage. The premium purchased through the link below will include CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) coverage. CFAR coverage is up to 75% of the non-refundable trip cost.

You may need to provide deposit/payment dates to Travel Insured. These will be the dates you make your payments to the school for deposits/final payment. Please refer to your school advisor on the trip due dates for deposits and final payment.  

•    Once the travel plan is purchased the premium may be non-refundable you would need to check with Travel Insured on their policies.  

 •    Travel Protection including CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) coverage can be purchased up until the FINAL PAYMENT DATE of August 13th, 2023.
