The Osa Peninsula, located on the Southern Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, is a world premier rainforest destination dubbed one of the most biologically intense places on earth by National Geographic. The pristine peninsula is bound on the northwest by Drake Bay, on the west by the Pacific Ocean, and on the east by the Golfo Dulce. The Osa Peninsula offers breathtaking, untouched scenery, secluded beaches, and abundant wildlife encompassing lush primary rainforest and a complex system of freshwater and marine resources.

Enjoy 7 nights and 8 days in this tropical oasis on the Osa Peninsula in the South Pacific region of Costa Rica. It is not about checking out of life. it is about checking in – with yourself, your mind, the environment and the present moment.

Start your day with morning meditation, hike or a cup of coffee on a secluded jungle beach. Daily yoga (2x/day) in a tranquil open-aired yoga shala, gourmet farm-to-table meals, lounge poolside, walking meditation in the labyrinth (sacred shrine walk), spa treatments, walks on the beach, and the list goes on... but most importantly connect with an amazing group of like-minded people. TRAVEL:  FLIGHTS

Take an early flight into Juan Santamaria International Airport - San Jose, Costa Rica on Jan. 4th

From that same airport, you will take a short 45 minutes charter flight to Puerto Jiménez 

Blue Osa's shuttle will pick us up at airport & bring us to resort (8 miles from airport) Easy peasy!

YOGA

We will start our days with a power yoga class then a late afternoon flow & restore, meditation or group activity with Shawna. Yoga is located in a stunning open-air shala looking over the Pacific ocean.

FOOD

Experience a culinary mouthwatering sensation! Blue Osa's organic permaculture farm supplies fruit, veggies, and herbs that make the food at Blue Osa both flavorful and nutritious. At the core of being eco-friendly, Blue Osa’s farm-to-table cuisine invites you to experience the freshest possible ingredients that are hand-picked daily. (v, V, GF, DF) options available.

Blue Osa uses a unique blend of traditional healing techniques and modern wellness practices to help soothe your senses and restore the vital energies of your body.
