About this trip

This 5-day all-inclusive Meditation Retreat in the beautiful wilderness of Mount Shasta, CA is a time + place for your heart, mind, body, and soul to be restored to a state of deep peace, clarity, and inner connection.

During this retreat you will practice going slow, listening to your inner guidance, and honoring your deepest needs. These five days are specifically designed for you to step away from all the external noise, be held by nature, practice sitting in stillness, be nourished with good food, breathe fresh mountain air, drink some of the purest water on the planet, and remember who you are.

I am here to carry these five days with ease and joy, so you don't have to do anything except show up with an open heart and willing spirit to fill your cup so full your joy spills over.

Let yourself be cared for and spoiled with time spent with You + You! xo - Jessica

About Mount Shasta

Mount Shasta, in Northern California, is an outdoor adventure destination. Weekend warriors come to climb the massive snow-capped stratovolcano, camp in miles of national forest and enjoy some of the purest water in the state. Some visitors, however, come not for wide-open spaces, but for healing and transcendence — the mountain has a global reputation as a gathering place for spiritual seekers; and there are dozens of stories, legends and myths surrounding Mount Shasta, adding to its mystery and allure

Mountain air, sunshine, verdant forests and natural springs abound in the Mount Shasta area. Connecting with the purity of the natural elements is a true gift and miracle, and one that nourishes your soul so that you are able to live fully in your gift, your spirit, and your calling.

Let nature be your greatest teacher.

The Retreat Property

Come home to yourself... Guru Shasta is an inspired idea that came to property owner and land host, Stephen Baldonado, one summer afternoon while visiting Mount Shasta. As he was hiking and meditating in Panther Meadow on Mama Shasta, a vision came to Stephen and he knew it was time to create a space for healing human consciousness. He was able to take his gifts as a landscape designer + spiritual healer and create this harmonious reality that is now Guru Shasta

Stephen's intention for Guru Shasta is that it would inspire you to discover your own inner guidance – your truest YOU – the Guru within... "The Inner Guru lives within all of us, and oftentimes it takes a retreat to hear it, feel it and acknowledge it. Let Mount Shasta be your activator for personal advancement and spiritual growth."

What to Expect

This is an all-inclusive retreat, providing gorgeous accommodations, deeply nourishing meals from a world-renowned plant-based chef, and daily schedule, itinerary, and practices to support your heart, mind, body, and soul.

Your only "task" is to get here and let yourself me cared for. Together we will slow wayyy down and learn to listen from within while being held in the heart of mother nature.

Our time together will be the opposite of busy. It will be luxurious, restorative, and enormously restful. You are invited to bring your burdens, worries, questions, confusion, and concerns with you on this retreat with the intention of letting them all go. As you do so, you will be opening yourself to new insights, clarity, answers, and direction your busy life wouldn't allow you to consider until you made the time to LISTEN FROM WITHIN.

Everyday will be structured and guided with lots of spaciousness for you to go at your own pace, explore your own heart, and determine what feels best for you in each moment.

Jessica's facilitation of this retreat is designed to HOLD YOU completely, so you can let go, relax, and experience what it's like to pour from a full cup. xo
