Welcome to our home away from home!

1) If you have special dietary needs, please know that we don't! Please bring anything that you require/need to make your stay enjoyable. 2) If you have any food allergies, please advise! 3) If you will be spending 1+ nights with us we could always use extra necessities such as milk, bread, eggs, soda drinks...whatever you would like to add to the pantry :)

There is no special schedule. This trip is all about RELAXATION with family, extended family, and friends. No one (that means Cindy) wants to spend her whole week cooking and doing dishes. If someone chooses to cook, others need to pick up the slack and clean up afterwards. The more the merrier in the kitchen :) If you want to sleep in and get up late - NO JUDGMENT. If you want to get up early (but, why?!) - NO JUDGMENT. If you want to stay up late just be respectful of the noise factor for those early night birds. The same can be said if you are an early riser - just be respectful of the noise factor for those folks. 

Cabin #12:
1) Percy Quin features 27 cabins which are furnished with bed and bath linens and basic kitchen equipment. and we have reserved the largest of the cabins and our cabin is also 1 of 2 cabins that has been totally remodeled and updated. 2) Our cabin provides the best view of Lake Tangipahoa, and is air-conditioned and heated, has a private screened porch, and a fireplace. 3) Outdoors, a picnic table and grill are provided. 4) VIP: We sleep at a polar bear temperature of 65 degrees. If you can't "hang" with the rest of the meat in the freezer, please be sure to bring extra blankets. 4) Our cabin sleeps 10.

Things to Do
A variety of activities and facilities are available at Percy Quin State Park. Facilities for use include: picnic tables and grills, picnic pavilions, playgrounds, tennis courts, game room, laundry facility, conference center, chapel, marina, and an 18 hole golf course. Boating is available on Lake Tangipahoa.

The following area attractions are located within a short drive of Percy Quin State Park. The park staff will be happy to provide directions.

 Day-Use Entrance Fee A day use entry fee is charged for all day use visitors. THIS WILL BE YOUR  ONLY EXPENSE

• Entrance fee $2.00 per person, 5 years of age and under - free
