For cancellations made 5 days or more before your scheduled arrival, you're entitled to a 100% refund of your deposit. Here's a breakdown of our modern and reasonable cancellation policy: 

* Cancellation 5 days or more prior to arrival: 100% refund of the tour/service cost including deposit if applicable. 

* Cancellation 4 to 3 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the tour cost.

* Cancellation 2 days or less prior to arrival, or no show: No refund will be provided.
