Enjoy the autumn splendor of the great outdoors on this rejuvenating yoga experience in Beaver, Utah. Spend 4 nights in a beautiful lodge, taking advantage of the sprawling 40-acre property that backs up to the Fish Lake National Forest. Stoke your fire within by participating in daily mat and aerial yoga sessions, as well as mindful activities and hiking excursions. This yoga experience will exhilarate and restore you by focusing on connecting with nature and re-igniting the spark within you.
All levels of yoga experience are welcome. To keep our group intimate, we are capping registration at 12 attendees.

Available Packages
Private room shared between you and a friend with a single queen bed and bathroom and shower.
Itinerary
After registration you will receive a survey so we can better plan the itinerary. We want to reserve plenty of down time for you to enjoy the outdoors and the amenities of the lodge. Mat and aerial yoga will be offered twice daily, as well as workshops, journalling and guided meditation. A day-long hiking trip to Zion National Park will be planned, as well as sunrise hikes each morning. Of course, you are not required to participate in every activity--this is your vacation to explore what fires you. Additional workshops/massages may be offered as well.
