Day 1
Get ready to kick off your Bali adventure with an afternoon of Spicy Pilates, Yoga & Intention Setting followed by our welcome dinner with the crew! The perfect way to kickstart the retreat and get to know everyone.
Day 2
After our morning strength workout, it's time to hit the waves! Whether you're an experienced surfer or beginner we have the perfect option for you! Finish the day with a grounding recovery session and sunset.
Day 3
Start your day off with an optional sunrise run around Uluwatu followed by our signature strength workout then an exciting afternoon ATV adventure. Get your adrenaline pumping and explore Bali's beautiful landscape.
Day 4
Take the day to explore on your own after a morning workout. Before the afternoon we ramp up the competition for our Padel tournament.
Day 5
Let's get the sweat, surf and sunshine pumping with a day filled with our strength workout, surfing then head to the day club for sunset to celebrate our week together. Enjoy dancing, drinks, and a stunning view of the sun setting over Bali.
Day 6
Don't leave without one last super session with Ashleigh and Yassy followed by a big farewell brunch feast to leave your cup feeling fill and restored before you make the trek back home after an inspiring week!
