Soroa and Viñales are the two most beautiful towns in western Cuba. Soroa, with it's luscious landscape and rural setting, is the perfect town to relax and rewind. Viñales, declared as a UNESCO World Heritage Sight for its dramatic landscapes reminiscent of Jurassic Park, will offer you a unique array of flora & fauna, wildlife, charm and tradition.

The charm of Cuba lies with it’s people. During these days you’ll have the chance to explore and experience the beauty of this complex island, by supporting and interacting fully with the Cuban people as well as relaxing and enjoying some downtime at the end of your holiday.  

With this experience you’ll have the flexibility to come and go as you please. We offer you the backbone to your trip for ease and simplicity, but we encourage flexibility to make sure you get the most out of your trip. If you need a day to sit by the pool and read, enjoy it. If you want us to organise an adventure filled day, we can.

We have a strong team in the ground in Cuba, in every town you’ll be visiting. There will always be an English speaker on hand. 

The following 'activities' are included in the quote. You are free to choose from as little or as many as you wish, and can choose to do them whenever you wish. We like to offer them this way to give you as much freedom and flexibility as possible to create your own bespoke trip. I've given my recommendations with each activity. 

Hiking in Valley del Silencio - late afternoon/sunset hike recommended to finish at the Finca Agroecologica del Paraiso farm-to-table restaurant (detailed below) for a sunset dinner. 

Hiking in Valley Palmarito - early morning hike recommended to avoid the sun and enjoy the tranquil mornings.

Dinner at the Finca Agroecologica de Paraiso - a popular farm-to-table restaurant with beautiful views over Valley del Silencio. 

Horse & cart tour of Viñales - travel how the locals travel in your own horse & cart. Visit some surrounding areas and attractions, including the Mural de la Prehistoria, the Cueva del Indio, the Cueva de los Cimaronnes, viewpoint of Palmarito valley. This is a nice outing to see the town and surrounding areas from a different perspective and to give your feet a rest for a few hours. 

Climbing - embrace your inner climber and climb the unique mountain formations in Viñales. NB: the standards of apparatus won't be like what you might be used to.
