90 - 119 Days: 50% refund 

46 - 89 Days: 25% refund

0 - 45 Days:  NO Refund

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for both the program as well as your flights. KCT Travel always recommends purchasing the “Cancel for any Reason” policy so that our guests are fully covered.

Motek Bebe LLC (Kosher Culinary Travel)   RECOMMENDS THE PURCHASE OF COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER CANCELLATION FEES, OUTLINED ABOVE, WHICH WILL BE CHARGED REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR CANCELLATION. ADDITIONALLY,  Motek Bebe LLC  (Kosher Culinary Travel) CARRIES NO INSURANCE FOR ANY MEDICAL EXPENSES, OR OTHER DAMAGE OR LOSS THAT MAY OCCUR TO ANY GUEST HOWEVER CAUSED.

Responsibility - Reservation indicates agreement with all terms and conditions as stated in this document. Motek Bebe LLC  (Kosher Culinary Travel)  shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any injury, death or damage for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to war, acts of God, weather, strike, detention, delay, airline or other travel-related circumstances. Motek Bebe LLC  (Kosher Culinary Travel)  also reserves the right to accept or refuse any person as a guest. No refund is applicable if a participant is asked to leave. Motek Bebe LLC  (Kosher Culinary Travel)  is not responsible for any belongings damaged, lost or left behind by participants.

Airline alternative equipment and routings are subject to change by the Airline or the Operator and will not result in any refunds. All certificates and other travel documents for travel services issued by Motek Bebe LLC, KCT Travel  are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied.

Motek Bebe LLC, KCT Travel  reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or services whenever the company deems it necessary to the comfort, convenience, or safety of the participants. If a program is canceled by Motek Bebe LLC, KCT Travel all monies will be refunded and such refund will release Motek Bebe LLC, KCT Travel from any liability. 

The participant agrees that neither Motek Bebe LLC, KCT Travel  nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage or loss including personal injury, death, property loss, delay, change in air services, change in program itinerary, change in program/program dates, program cancellation, sickness, strike, virus, war, quarantine, weather, upset, bankruptcy, disappointment, inconvenience, or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier or person providing services.

TOUR PRICE: Included in the cost of the program are guest accommodations (commensurate to category selected) and Kosher meals daily. All other special activities and programs that are provided by us or by the hotel are strictly optional and are attended at the discretion of the guest and can be changed at the sole discretion of Motek Bebe LLC, KCT Travel

CONFIRMATION: A per person deposit is required to hold your reservation and can be made by certain Credit cards, check or wire transfer. All other payments are to be made by check or wire transfer only. By sending in a deposit or payment, the client acknowledges that they have read and accepted the general information terms and conditions concerning our Passover program.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no refunds for any reason whatsoever for cancellations made after the cancellation date, including for any missed days or missed meals during the program. If a cancellation is due to Force Majeure, no monies will be refunded. 

Please understand that the cancellation policy schedule and fees are neither arbitrary nor intended to be punitive. They are based on contractual obligations and on an evaluation of costs we incur.
