Our first stop will be Spitalfields Market, where the lively atmosphere will captivate us. Surrounded by stalls and vendors, we'll explore the vibrant mix of arts, crafts, clothing, and mouthwatering food options. From there, we'll make our way to Borough Market, one of London's oldest and most renowned food markets. As we step into the market, we'll be greeted by a sensory feast of colors, aromas, and bustling crowds.

After the tour, we'll have ample time to wander through the maze of stalls offering an incredible array of fresh produce, artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, and baked goods. If you're still craving more, feel free to indulge in the diverse flavors and culinary delights at your own pace.

In the evening we'll offer happy out at the house and if we're back to late a glass of wine as we relive the days event on our cozy couch.

Today, we'll embark on a journey to explore the must-see sights of London, starting with the iconic Changing of the Guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace. As we walk down The Mall, adorned by two Royal Parks and two Royal Palaces, we'll soak in the regal atmosphere.

Our next stop will be Parliament Square, where we'll catch a glimpse of Big Ben (though it may be covered up) and Westminster Abbey. Along the way, we'll pass by Trafalgar Square, Nelson's Column, Horse Guards, Downing Street, and the Houses of Parliament. As we delve into the oldest part of London, known as Westminster, we'll discover its rich history, from Roman times to modern-day London. 

Our knowledgeable guide will share fascinating facts and figures about this area, which is home to palaces, parks, and the iconic Westminster Palace.

After the walking tour, we'll delve into history further by visiting Churchill's War Rooms. This underground bunker was the nerve center of Britain's efforts during World War II. We'll gain insight into the remarkable leadership of Winston Churchill and the pivotal role these rooms played in shaping history.

Prepare to experience a timeless tradition with a touch of elegance. Our afternoon tea awaits us at Ting, located on the 35th floor of the iconic Shard building. As we ascend, the breathtaking views of London will captivate our senses.

In this elevated setting, we'll delight in a selection of delicate finger sandwiches filled with gourmet ingredients that showcase the finest flavors. Complemented by a glass of Veuve Clicquot, our afternoon tea will be a fusion of culinary artistry and panoramic vistas—an experience to cherish.

8:00 am - 6:30 pm

Today, we'll embark on a captivating day trip to two remarkable destinations—Stonehenge and Windsor. 

Departing from our house at 8:30 am, we'll arrive at Windsor Castle, where we'll have two hours to explore this magnificent royal residence. From the State Apartments and Queen Mary's Doll House to St George's Chapel, we'll be immersed in the grandeur of British history. If we're fortunate, we may even witness the official changing of the guards ceremony.

Leaving Windsor Castle, we'll continue our journey to Stonehenge for a 1.5-hour visit. We'll unravel the mysteries surrounding this ancient monument. 

Afterward, we'll treat ourselves to a traditional English pub lunch (own expense) in the picturesque countryside, savoring the flavors amidst stunning surroundings. With satisfied appetites, we'll return to London, arriving around 6:30 pm.
