Past Life Regression: A Journey Into the Soul’s Memory
Join Myra Stacey for a captivating exploration into Past Life Regression, a guided experience that taps into the memories your soul may carry from previous lifetimes. In this unique presentation, Myra Stacey will explain the principles behind regression, its healing potential, and how it can offer insight into present-day patterns and relationships. The highlight of the session will be a live demonstration with a volunteer, offering a real-time look into the power of this spiritual practice. Whether you're curious, skeptical, or seeking deeper self-awareness, this presentation invites you to open your mind—and remember.
Join Wayne for a walking meditation experience that blends creativity with mindfulness. This is an opportunity to unleash your inner child, reflect on what in nature calls to you and how you express that with others. You will all receive a small list of natural items to find. As you mindfully explore the Bloomstead, you will seek an example that calls to you personally. Either take a picture, sketch, or simply journal what you find (but leave the item in place). Then we will return to our circle and share a few of our discoveries with the group.
We will come together and share a light meal of snack and tasty treats. If you would like to participate please bring a dish to share. Note: There will be no refrigeration on site. We will have a small cooler with Ice for drinks. There also a few wood/charcoal grills and an outdoor stone "pizza" oven on site at the outdoor kitchen.
Joanna will guide us through a series of connection exercises designed to help us drop our masks and really see each other (and ourselves). These kinds of practices invite us to show up with our whole, messy selves...more present, more tender, and more aware that we’re not alone. As we move through them, something begins to soften. We start to let go of the old armor, feel more deeply, speak more honestly, and tap into that warm current of connection that is always available to us.
We will light the bonfire for the evening and share songs. Bring your drum, shaker, other acoustic instruments and let's make some music together. As the night goes on, feel free to return to your natural state like the day you were born. ;)
What is Shibari? Shibari originated from Hojo-jutsu, a method of restraining captives and a form of torture, before morphing into the erotic bondage Kinbaku (Kinbaku-bi literally translates as “the beauty of tight binding”) in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Those that are familiar with or want to learn some Shibari techniques are welcome to come and join us. We will discuss some basic ties, have a few books on Shibari, and some spare ropes. If you have ropes (5-8mm thick and 10-30ft in length are best).
Wayne will lead us in a short morning wake up stretch derived from his Kaula Yoga (Yin style) training. Don't worry it wont be the 3 hour routine he had to go through. Kaula Yoga is a very gentle form that never forces a pose. It's mantra is, "it takes a minute to learn and find the pose and a lifetime to master it." This means your body will ease into the pose on it's own time and schedule, just breathe, relax, and enjoy the journey getting there. There is no perfect pose, there is only your pose that your body knows right now.
We will say our good byes and close out the event. We'll share our reflections, exchange a few hugs, and while some may share a tear, others will laugh. In the end we'll all be refreshed with the joy of our celebration, ready to go back to our everyday lives.
Please be packed and driving home by 2pm!
We look forward to seeing you again on August 20th for Autumn Equinox!
