Susie from Pause & Breathe CIC is teaming up with Elspeth from Pause to Be, for a retreat to celebrate the Summer Solstice.
We’ll be in a beautiful location at Sauchie Home Farm. You can come for the full weekend, opting to stay over, come for both days on a non-residential basis or come just for one of the days. We’re making this as flexible as we can to suit all schedules and budgets.
We’ll be spending as much time as possible outside during the weekend, with lots on offer including sound baths, Yoga Nidra, Nia Dance and more. Inviting fire energy in to see us through the summer months.
Our sessions will include Mindfulness Meditation, Qi Gong, Sound Baths, Yoga Nidra and Nia Dance. We will be spending some of each day outside, with some Mindful Walking and Walking the Labyrinth. Those who stay overnight will also benefit from a drumming session outside around the fire - drumming up our fire energy.
There is a variety of accommodation on offer at the farm. There is one room with twin beds in the main building, plus a bunk-room with four beds (2 bunk beds).
There is the option of bringing a tent or campervan. There are also some wooden structures, providing dry spaces for people to camp in - some that would hold one person and some that hold two. You would be responsible for bringing whatever you’d need to sleep on and under for these.
The accomodation isn’t luxury, but this is very much reflected in the price. We’re offering the chance to come together and celebrate the summer solstice. Getting back to basics, and enjoying being closer to nature for the weekend.
All meals are provided. This is lunches on both days for non-residents, plus an evening meal and breakfast for those staying.
