Join us on a transformative 7-night retreat along the stunning coast of Barcelona, where relaxation and adventure await. Immerse yourself in the beauty of Catalonia with 4 nights at the luxurious Aubi Hotel in Palamós, nestled right in front of the serene beach, followed by 3 nights at the enchanting Port Salins Hotel in Empuriabrava.

Feel free to inform me if you'd like to extend your stay with an additional two nights either before or after the retreat! I'm in the process of exploring some options and would love to accommodate based on your interest.

Aubi Hotel, Palamós (4 Nights):

• Hiking Adventures: Explore the coastal trails leading to secluded calas, discovering hidden gems along the way. My sister says that her favorite cala is in Palamos, so, let's go and explore it together.
• Yoga and Zumba Classes: Energize your mornings with invigorating Yoga and Zumba sessions, led by Andreina Febres. We might add extra stretching sessions as we start our adventure to help you recover from the long flights.
• Relaxation Time: Unwind by the pool, enjoy spa treatments, or simply lounge on the beach for a perfect blend of serenity and luxury.

Port Salins Hotel, Empuriabrava (3 Nights):

• Yoga and Zumba Classes: Energize your mornings with invigorating yoga and zumba sessions, led by experienced instructors.
• Seaside Strolls: Take leisurely walks along the Empuriabrava beach, immersing yourself in the coastal charm.
• Boat Exploration: Join us on a boat trip to discover the beauty of the region from the sea, stopping at picturesque spots for relaxation and swimming. We will visit Cadaques, one of the most beautiful & charming towns I've visited in Spain.
• Read Your Book: Whether by the pool or on the beach, find your perfect reading spot and lose yourself in a good book.

In Palamos the weather in June is generally perfect, with high temperatures and low rainfall. Throughout the daytime, temperatures often hover around 24°C (75F). However, as the sun sets and evening approaches, there's a noticeable cool-down, with temperatures gently dropping to a more temperate 18°C (64F).

In Empuriabrava, the summers are short, warm, humid, dry, and mostly clear. The wind makes it more refreshing to be out in the sun and the water is cooler to refresh our bodies. 

 Cancellation 2 Months Before Trip (before April 27th, 2024):

• Full refund minus 20% of the total trip cost.

Cancellation 1 Month Before Trip (before May 27th, 2024:

• 50% refund of the total trip cost.

Cancellation 15 Days Before Trip (before June 12th, 2024):

• No refund will be provided.
