During the Fourth of July holiday we will immerse in the practice of yoga, and celebrate our personal individual freedoms. The freedom to explore your practice, your intentions, and your heart’s deepest desire. This retreat is all about nurturing and honoring YOU.
Imagine 2 yoga classes a day (a refreshing morning flow and an evening restorative flow), 3 delicious meals, nature hikes, canoeing, swimming, hot tubing, campfires, and serenity. This retreat offers a special opportunity to disconnect from your day to day experience, reconnect with yourself, and make new friends.
<strong>About Your Hosts</strong>
Mike's philosophy is simple; show up. Not just on the mat, but in life. Be present, be humble, practice yoga, honor yourself, and see what unfolds. The classes he teaches are Bhakti Flow, Vinyasa based, focused on breath, and movement. He truly believes that there is a place for yoga in everyone’s life, regardless your of age, size, strength, flexibility or beliefs.
Lauren holds space with strength, authenticity and depth that comes from a deep appreciation of the yogic path instilled in her by her teachers. Her nurturing, soothing disposition combined with her ability to lead a powerful class makes for a unique experience described by students as a true “soul and body work out.”
