Nicole and Cara are magical humans that made this trip extremely special. Their thoughtful practices and community building led to many new friendships and an enjoyable experience. Xinalani is a gem; the accommodations are lovely, the staff is amazing, and the food is unreal. It is such a relaxing retreat where you can really disconnect from your busy life. I would follow Cara and Nicole anywhere and know that I'll have the experience of a lifetime.

This was a lovely experience! The food, the beach, Xinalani rooms and staff, the studios, and the classes were impeccable! I am so happy I followed Nicole to this retreat.

Truly the best self-care I have done in my life. I would recommend this to anyone even remotely curious. Nicole and Cara help carve out an experience that truly is Sun. Joy. Yoga. It is like the best summer camp I have ever particiapted in and it's in the dead of Chicago winter when many, including myself, are in the thick of just getting through each week.

I can't say enough great things about this trip! Cara and Nicole are fabulous hosts and I LOVE traveling with them! Xinalani is such a great retreat space and I loved it so much in 2023 I came back for 2024 and brought my family!

This was an amazing retreat with Cara, Nicole and all the wonderful women I met. The resort was top-notch. I will definitely be doing this again! I love all the yoga, the food, the gorgeous location and the people!
