Sun & Sea Summit is a creative leadership retreat designed exclusively for children’s art studio owners who are ready to step away from the day-to-day and invest in both their business and themselves.

Join us Monday, June 1st through Thursday, June 4th in beautiful Narragansett, Rhode Island! This unique event is hosted at the stunning, artsy "House of Blues", one block from the beach.

Over 3 nights on the coast, we gather as a small, like-minded cohort of creative business owners for meaningful conversation, thoughtful business reflection, restorative experiences, and space to reconnect with our own creative practice. This retreat booking includes the "Super Summit" on Tuesday, June 2nd when we will welcome an additional 10-20 guests to come for the day. This day will focus strongly on children’s art studio business management, systems, and networking. More details will be shared soon.

Monday, June 1 : Arrive & Settle In

Check in anytime after noon and settle into our impressive modern coastal retreat home!

Ease into the experience with curated welcome touches, relaxed conversation, and a guided group art session designed to shift you out of “studio owner mode” and into creative presence.

Enjoy cocktails, beach walks, grounding conversations, and dinner together.

Tuesday, June 2 : Focused Leadership & Creative Strategy

Begin the morning with coffee and breakfast on the deck overlooking the ocean & delightful chat with your newest support network.

The day is dedicated to high-level business conversations specific to children’s art studios, thoughtful group discussions and focused breakout sessions centered on operations, programming, and sustainable growth.

We anticipate welcoming additional studio owners for this day dedicated to creative business management. Welcoming more business owners will add fresh energy and broader perspective to our leadership conversations.

Expect clarity, candor, and practical insight, all within a refined, supportive setting.

Wednesday, June 3 : Restore & Refine

A slower, spacious day designed for conversation and meaningful debrief plus personal time to reflect and restore.

Morning yoga on the beach, wellness treatments., beach time, and local excursions.

We’ll close with a special dinner outing, an opportunity to celebrate growth, connection, the season ahead, and the supportive network we have built!

Thursday, June 4 : Depart Renewed, Inspired, Supported

Checkout is at 10:00 AM.

You’ll return home creatively refilled, professionally strengthened, and connected to a cohort of studio owners who now feel like true colleagues and collaborators.

Cancel by May 1 for a full refund. 

Cancel by May 15 for a refund less $250. 

Cancellations within 2 weeks are non-refundable. 

Payment options. 

- There is an additional credit card fee if paying by card. 

- You can connect your bank account & pay via ACH for no charge. 

- The booking fee is worth it from the admin perspective, as this removes the responsibility of gathering and tracking direct payments from attendees from the host.
