Triple, Double, and Single Occupancy rooms are based upon availability as there are a limited number of rooms. Cost per student is based upon the actual occupancy of each room at the time the rooming list is submitted for reservation. If you paid for Quad Occupancy and at the time of rooming list submission you are at Triple Occupancy you will be billed the difference.
Payments by checking account (no fee) and credit cards (2.9% fee plus 30 cents per transaction) are accepted at checkout
INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS will be within the group:
A. Written cancellations received after the initial deposit is made and up to 61 days prior to departure will be charged a $50.00 per person cancellation penalty. Any non-refundable deposits made to vendors will be forfeited as well.
B. Written cancellations within 60 days of departure will be subject to a 100% per person penalty
ENTIRE GROUP CANCELLATION:
If the entire group cancels within 60 days of departure each person will be assessed a $50.00 fee and will be charged for any non-refundable deposits made to vendors.
Participants acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy upon registering and submitting the trip deposit.
An Optional Group Travel Protection Plan is available for you to purchase for your trip. The Group Travel Protection Plan inclusions are listed in the downloadable PDF document link below. The rates are based on the entire trip cost and you will need that information in order to receive an accurate cost for the coverage. The premium purchased through the link below DOES NOT include the optional CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) coverage. FOR THE OPTIONAL CANCEL FOR ANY REASON COVERAGE YOU MUST SELECT THIS OPTION IN THE “UPGRADES & OPTIONS” SECTION. CFAR coverage is up to 75% of the non-refundable trip cost. You must cancel prior to 48 hours of trip departure.

You may need to provide deposit/payment dates to Travel Insured. These will be the dates you make your payments to the school for deposits/final payment. Please refer to your school advisor on the trip due dates for deposits and final payment.
