Each day begins with a nourishing breakfast and a soulful morning yoga practice designed to energize and ground. After lunch, the day is yours to enjoy - relax at the spa, lounge by the water, or explore optional excursions.
On Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, join us for a calming evening practice with restorative yoga and yoga nidra to fully unwind.
Dinner is served nightly at 7:30pm, with fresh, flavorful meals and good company.
Bonus: On Tuesday, we’ll gather for an evening of live music from 9–10pm! A dreamy close to the day.
