We will stay at a breathtaking 4.5 acre estate in Escondido with expansive mountain views as well as beautiful gardens and heated pool/spa.

Arrive Friday afternoon/evening to your home away from home for the weekend. Begin your journey with a warm connection to your fellow yogis during our welcome ceremony, featuring a light yoga flow followed by a delicious dinner prepared by a private chef.
Our day begins with morning yoga focused on sun salutations, a great way to energize and stretch, followed by a light breakfast to fuel your morning activities. Next, we head to Avian Behavior International for a special up-close and engaging experience with their majestic hawk and barn owl.
Then it's back home for a relaxed lunch before you spend the afternoon as you please—whether that’s unwinding in your room, taking a dip in the pool or jacuzzi, or exploring the grounds. Yoga on the outdoor deck with the sun setting is followed by a specially prepared dinner by a private chef, which will be a delightful culinary experience. Conclude the day with an informative yoga talk and a soothing sound bath to promote relaxation and inner peace.
Wake up to sunrise yoga on the deck followed by a nutritious breakfast and a trip to Torrey Pines for hiking with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. We'll make our way back to the house, stopping for lunch at a local eatery.
If you have energy, feel free to explore more around Torrey Pines or the nearby La Jolla area. Alternatively, head back to home for a refreshing dip in the pool or a relaxing nap to recharge.
We'll close the day with a sunset yoga session to unwind and absorb the day’s experiences. Savor a gourmet dinner prepared by a private chef before we end the day with a soothing sound bath. The healing vibrations and tranquil sounds help you relax and reflect on the day's activities.
We'll wrap up our time together with a silent sunrise walk followed by a vinyasa yoga class. A nourishing breakfast will be followed by our closing circle allowing everyone to reflect on the experiences and share the positive energy before returning to daily life, feeling refreshed and equipped with mindfulness tools.
