By approving and booking this itinerary and its services, it is acknowledged that every participant and/or family members, including any minor children, are capable of participating in the activities contracted for and willingly assume the risk as their responsibility. These risks may include loss of property, injury, or death caused by a variety of situations.

By approving and booking, you are releasing Unique Adventures S.A. from any legal liability whatsoever, as well as all of their owners, directors, officers, agents, employees, vendors, and contractors for any injury or death caused by or resulting from your and/or your families participating in the activities.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival, $100.00 administrative fee will be charged 

For cancellations received within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% penalty applies.

No-shows will be charged for the entire length of stay at 100%

No refunds are made for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused services during the trip.

Trip cancellations, trip delays or interruptions, loss of property, and medical services must be covered directly by the passengers Unique Adventures recommends that passengers purchase appropriate trip interruption/cancellation insurance.
