Pixie's retreats are life-changing! She creates a beautiful environment for growth, connection, exploration, play, and rest. All ages and athletic abilities are welcome. I came away with new, deep friendships and felt so much more connected to myself and my purpose. I was a beginner surfer and felt so supported and safe, and I still can't believe how much I progressed in just one week. The workouts, activities, breathwork, explorations in nature, and various healing modalities are perfectly balanced to give you a truly life-enhancing experience. Pixie's retreats have something for everyone, and there is no greater joy than being in her presence with the incredible community of people who are also drawn to her!

I cannot recommend a trip with Pixie and Surf Sweat Serve enough. I joined the group as a birthday trip to myself, conquering two bucket list items - go on a retreat ALONE, and learn to surf. Its funny now to think that those felt like challenges because since the moment I said 'yes' I was greeted with more love and support than I could have dreamed of. Pixie has a way of making you feel like family instantly; she holds you close while believing in you and the version of you you're meant to become. This sets the tone for the retreats and the people who join them. I went to El Salvador hoping to leave with a few good memories but could have never imagined leaving with a new family. Pixie, you are a gift and I thank the universe every day for the many gifts you've shared with me. I can't wait for my next retreat with Pixie and SurfSweatServe!

I attended the El Salvador trip in October and it absolutely incredible!!! I’ve done a lot of travel in my life but this is by far one of my favorites. Believe it or not, I was hesitant on coming because I had never surfed(and quite frankly feared the ocean)but knowing Pixie and the amazing community she’s built I knew it would be a great experience. Not only did I fall in love with everything that is El Salvador, I fell in love with the ocean and surfing and made friendships and memories that will last a life time! I truly feel forever bonded to the group that went on this trip and I’m soooo grateful I went and cannot wait to go back! 10/10 recommend! If you’re on the fence don’t be, you won’t regret it!

Usually, a vacation is needed when your life is the busiest. It’s never easy to come back to hundreds on emails but Pixies magic made coping lot more graceful than it would’ve been pre-retreat. All the sweat and tears and laughter allowed me to unblock some issues I’ve been battling and it brought me back to life. Pixie is a healer. There’s no question. When she told me about the retreat, it too about 3 minutes to consider because Pixie has taste. Perfect balance between earthy/spiritual and elegance. She made sure we feel in love with El Salvador by simply sharing her experience. We woke up everyday to beautiful views and meditation. Pushed ourselves physically and mentally. The group was there is support and cheer on the wins. The surf school gave in-depth analysis so we could see and feels the difference. The instructors are TOO sweet and the mission of puro surf warmed my heart. Although the surf school was a major part of each day, Pixie brought us Dopamine (my fav), yoga, waterfall hikes, local dining, and a group of new friends. The people… ugh so sweet. Everyone was kind and so different but we meshed and still are active in the group chat. In fact, the LA folks are going surfing this week! One moment that stood out was the ice bath. My body started to go into shock but Pixie coached me through it. That was really special. And the beach clean up!! Yes the resort was bougie but it’s important to give back. 🤍 Something I want to highlight is the inner work that comes up. Between physically exerting yourself and the conversations, emotions can come up. I’ve been going through a particularly hard time so at times it felt weird having such heavy shares but everyone was supportive. I say this to remind you, it’s ok to step away and go for a walk if you need to process. Being exposed can be tough but sometimes it’s necessary…The first couple days back, I had to unpack everything emotionally and remember to breathe as I reintegrated back into work life.. but there’s been a difference in me for sure. This was definitely medicinal. Pixie, you’re teaching me to trust and be vulnerable while still being in my power which is not easy… it’s hard when we never truly outgrown highschool and our safe group has connections to the outside but it’s a process. My heart feels full. Thank you.

This is my third time going on this retreat. I cannot say I’ve significantly improved surfing wise but that is not a result of the instructors but rather my own mental and physical limitations I set on myself. Each year, I learn to surrender to the ocean and process a little more. The magic about this trip is the unbelievable community that is assembled and I have friends today I made doing it years ago. Pixie and her crew make it an experience all levels and ages can enjoy. I took my 19 yr old daughter this year and the ability to watch her grow among this supportive and beautiful community was a core memory we will both share for our lifetime. I’m a YES for any gathering Pixie organizes because she is pure magic!!!
