Learn how to just be - learn how to be free. For these 7 days, there will be nothing you have to do, no one you have to be, nothing you have to accomplish or prove, and no one to report to. This trip is a moment to rest with yourself, and to remember (or find out for the first time!) what it means to drop everything you're carrying with you all the time and find out what freedom means *to you*. As we continue to move through uncharted territory, the more firmly established we are in our own peace and ability to tune out the noise, the less suffering there will be on the path ahead.
