Gather together mid-week for a truly unforgettable day away from the venue together. It will have us jaw-dropped, dancing, singing and soacking in this pura vida life to the fullest!

Beachfront Yoga Classes

Begin each day on the beach in a shaded yoga shala as local instructors guide you through a variety of yoga styles to the sound of the ocean waves. A pretty perfect way to begin each day at SUYO!

Beginning Surf Lessons

Join your fellow SUYO ladies and hit the waves with local surf instructors and try your hand at surfing in the warm waters of our own SUYO front yard@

Life Design Workshops

The signature Life Design Workbook is the backbone of our time together at SUYO. This workbook is included, as are the daily group reflection times skillfully led by Angie, the author of the workbook!

Closing Celebration

Wrap up the week in the same way we kicked it off - on the beach and with a party and celbration to not forget!

SJO Transfer to Retreat

A Private Charter is included, collecting the group mid-day on the start day of the retreat from SJO and bringing you directly to the retreat venue. The return charter on the last day is also included

What's not included

Air

Lodging before/After

It is recommended ( not neccesary) that you travel and arrive in Costa Rica the night before the retreat, and fly out the day after. These additional nights are not included

Restaurant Extras

On site at Encantada we have an AMAZING bar and restaurant. Outside of the incredible three meals, the bar and restaurant is always open! Extra drinks, cocktails, snacks are at an additional cost.

A"la Carte Tours

SUYO is ALL about rest and relaxation, including days that flow and plenty of down time. For the more adventurous, "add-on"/optional tours are available. ( massages, monkey tour, zipline, hikes, etc)
