We’ll kick things off with a short trail run before breakfast, then drive 20 minutes to Svaneberget for our first rock climbing session. We’ll gather our gear and walk you through the basics of climbing safety and belaying before tackling Bohuslän’s vast granite cliffs. Previous climbing experience is helpful, but our expert guides will adjust plans to prioritise your safety and enjoyment.

To refuel, we’ll enjoy a fire-cooked lunch and then return to our base to recharge. In the afternoon, we’ll put on our wetsuits and meet Linnea, a seaweed expert, to explore seaweed’s uses and role in the ocean ecosystem. As we learn about its nutritional benefits, Linnea will also teach us how to forage and cook seaweed sustainably. For dinner, we’ll join our chef Oscar Lexö for a hands-on cooking class. 

Now that you’ve scaled a few Swedish cliffs, it’s time to level up. We’ll head to Nordens Ark, a climbing crag 30 minutes from Kungshamn. We’ll learn how to rappel, adding a new perspective to your climbing experience. 

After a fire-cooked lunch, the afternoon is yours: continue climbing or embark on a scenic trail run back home. We’ll embark on a herring safari in the evening, discovering the craft behind this Swedish staple and exploring a 4°C cave where the fish is pickled to perfection. The day ends with a seafood buffet, followed by a boat ride to the charming town of Smögen, where we’ll take a leisurely walk back home.

We’ll keep the energy flowing with a longer trail run before lunch. We tailor our runs to fit all experience levels, taking you through forests and open fields. We’ll treat ourselves to a spa afternoon for some well-deserved relaxation, followed by a home-cooked meal.

We’ll spend our morning relaxing by the sea, then head to Grebbestad for our next stay. Skärgards Idyllen is a cosy waterfront house where we can kick off our kayaking adventure right from the doorstep. In the afternoon, we’ll dive into a kayaking primer, setting us up for the next day’s on-the-water activities.

Prepare for a full day of adventure as we paddle through the breathtaking archipelago and soak in the incredible views. Expect to spend around six hours exploring, but don’t worry — we’ll keep a comfortable, steady pace. After a quiet lunch on a secluded island, we’ll paddle back to shore and head to our lodging. You’ll have a few hours to yourself before our farewell dinner with chef Oscar.

Before saying our final goodbyes, we’ll drive you back to Landvetter Airport or Göteborg Train Station.
