You are cordially invited to join us for a long weekend of connection, community, celebration, swimming, soaking, hiking, flowing, breathing, singing, resting, and MORE at Mandala Springs Wellness Retreat Center in Northern California!
Our practices will be both strong and sweaty, and also easeful and restorative. We’ll craft a story that weaves breath and movement, mantra and dharma...we’ll settle deeply into ourselves and release what has been stuck for far too long.
Come willing to begin anew - busting out of quarantine, and reconnecting with old and new friends, Zoom, and studio classmates alike. You can expect a sense of family and reunion.
The Venue
Mandala Springs is a 200-acre wellness retreat center in the Mayacamas Mountains, just two hours north of the Bay Area. Surrounded by the natural beauty of redwood trees, creeks, and wildlife, it’s the perfect place to connect to nature, yourself, and each other! When we’re not practicing, you can enjoy onsite hiking trails, creekside meditation spots, lounge by the saltwater pool, boil yourself in the hot tubs, or plop yourself down and read that one book you’ve been trying to finish for ages!
