Liz Roodman is the owner of Sweet Peace Yoga. A seasoned instructor, she creates mindful, nurturing spaces and is more than ready to return to the vibrant energy of Costa Rica to guide your journey.

Sandy Cox began her yoga journey with Sweet Peace a decade ago, now based in Evergreen, Colorado, She brings a “mountainful” of experience to support your retreat experience.

What’s Included

• All Meals: Daily farm-to-table breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Sol Terrace Restaurant. The entire resort is 1gluten-free, dairy-free & refined sugar-free.

• Accommodations: Your choice of single or double occupancy rooms (see packages below).

• Daily Yoga: Morning & Late afternoon yoga sessions are offered in our private yoga terrace fully equipped with mats & props. Yoga sessions are completely optional and created for all levels.

• Wellness Workshops: Curated sessions by Sweet Peace scattered throughout the week. Last year’s feedback was to not to “over-schedule”. This year’s Itinerary will reveal itself closer to departure.

• Nature Hikes: A guided tour of the resort property and its private coffee plantation. Unlimited ability to hike on your own (maps provided).

• Resort Amenities: Complete access to the pool, hot tub, library, yoga terrace & complimentary coffee/tea at the main entrance to the Resort..

• Airport Transfers: Roundtrip transfers between San José Airport and the resort are included for selected arrivals scheduled on Feb 3, 2027, between 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Departures on Feb. 8, 2027, between 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.

What’s Not Included

• Airfare: Roundtrip flights to and from San José Airport (SJO).

• Off-Hour Transfers: Shuttle costs if your flight arrives outside the designated Feb 3 window stated above. We can help you arrange airport/resort transfers, but the fee will be collected by the Resort.

• Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended. You can compare options at Insuremytrip.com.

• Gratuities: Tips for the resort staff are at your discretion (both US Dollars and Costa Rican Colones are accepted).

Early Bird, Payments & Cancellation Policy:

To lock in your reservation & Early Bird Savings a $300 deposit is due at booking before Oct. 1st, 2027.

• 1st payment is due by October 22, 2026

• 2nd payment is due by November 19, 2026.

• All payments are non-refundable once made. With this exception: If we are unable to book a minimum of 8 rooms by November 1, 2026 to receive Group Retreat Packages, then we reserve the right to cancel the Retreat and will fully refund your $300 deposit and 1st payment. (If we fall short of 8 rooms, we may explore options to continue the Retreat on a smaller scale and will open up that conversation if the need arises.)

• Sweet Peace Yoga, LLC is not liable for any personal expenses associated with your trip, such as airline tickets, weather-related cancellations, personal emergencies, or health restrictions.
