 - Final Payment Due date April 10th, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email  15 days or earlier prior to travel.

- SXM Arrival - We recommend all attendees should arrive in St. Maarten on April 26th 2024 before 5 pm.

-Email Changes - It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Black People Travel Network of all email address and phone number changes.

- Flight - You MUST purchase your own flight to St. Maarten (SXM) before April 10th 2024 if you are unable to do so by this date please let us know in advance. Complete Flight Information Form

Airport Transportation -  Airport Roundtrip transportation is included. If we do not receive your flight information by April 15th you will be responsible for providing your own transportation to Hotel. No transportation refund will be issued.

- Cancellation Policy

    * Before November 19th 2024 no cancellation penalty 

    * Before December 19th 2024 25% cancellation penalty

     * Before January 19th 2024 50% cancelation penalty

    * After February 20th No Refund or Transfer

- Reservations Name - FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification (passport). If your name has changed due to marriage and your passport was not please bring your marriage license. 

- Price Guarantee - Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

- You must adhere to the  payment option you chose to keep your reservations current.

- You may pay balance in full at anytime before  April 10th 2024

- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely payments.

- Name changes are allowed with a $25 name change fee.

- Late payment of $100 per person is required after final payment date April 10th on your payment plan. 

- All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
