Guaranteed Departure Rate means the tour is confirmed to operate on your selected date without requiring additional guests to join. Even if you are the only participants booked, the tour will still run—providing you with certainty, and peace of mind when planning your itinerary.

By booking at the Guaranteed Departure Rate, you are securing:

• A confirmed departure on your preferred date 

• No dependency on minimum group size requirements

• The ability to plan your schedule with confidence

Important Clarifications

• Booking at the Guaranteed Departure Rate does not make the tour private

  • You may still share the experience with other guests if they join

  • Sites such as national parks, caves, and reserves remain public spaces

• The guarantee applies specifically to the operation of the tour vehicle and scheduled departure, not exclusive use of the tour

While the tour is guaranteed to operate regardless of guest numbers, this does not override safety or regulatory conditions.

Tours may still be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled if required due to:

• Opt for rainforest-ready attire in our subtropical climate. Cotton shirts and shorts are popular choices, ensuring comfort during your exploration.
  
  

Special Note: Ground-tours include round-trip transportation from accommodation to tour site, tour guide and equipment,  lunch, bottled water, park entrance fees, and sales tax.

Closed-toe shoes are required for all our outdoor activities.  Always bring a towel or change of clothing for after-water activities. Please bring a pair of socks.
