A Mini Weekend Retreat Designed for Busy Minds. Is your mind feeling overwhelmed with all the noises around you? Do you feel fatigues from information over-load? Do you feel like catching up with to-do list all the time and not sure what your life purpose is?

It’s time for you to unplug from the outside world and plug into our inner voices.

This is a very personalised and rare-find mind body balance retreat to provide you a space to go within and quiet your mind. So that you can find your mind body balance with yourself and things outside.

In this 3D2N Mind Body Balance Retreat, we support you with practical tools based on Ayurveda, Ayurveda Yoga Therapy, Nature 5 Elements, Meditation and easy Yoga Movements to begin your journey within.

  • 15:30 Closing and Ayurveda Tea Appreciation & Tea Meditation

This Mind Body Balance Retreat is catered for a min of 4 people and max of 8 people to ensure you have sufficient space and quiet time during your stay. We also practice Noble Silence and Digital Unplug Detox each day so you will be able to reserve all your time and energy to focus on yourself.
