DEPOSIT

1. All rates are subject to change until deposit has been received and accepted by the resort.   Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to the vendor's price change. 

2. All roommates must pay the deposit for the room to be reserved. 

3. All deposits are due on or before March 1, 2023 .  All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payments

1. The first payment is extremely important to secure all the vendors that are included in the packages.  DO NOT MISS THE FIRST PAYMENT! 

2. Payments are NOT automatically drafted from your card or account. You will be sent automated reminders. 

3. If you are unable to make the payment deadlines for the other payments, just shoot an email to contact@relaxationawaits.net with Payment Plan in the subject line and let us know when you will make a payment so we can stop the annoying automated emails.   

4.  If you need to make changes to your reservation, please e-mail us at contact@relaxationawaits.net  with Reservation Change Request in the subject line.

Final payment is July 20, 2023 for all packages.

All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.  However, the purchase of travel insurance is STRONGLY recommended to protect your investment in case you need cancel, experience flight delays, lost baggage, medical coverage, etc.  We like "happy clients"! Although you may not be able to attend this trip, we'd love to have you back in the near future.  

 Click this link for a list of suggested Travel Insurance Companies.  IMPORTANT: A cancel for any reason policy requires purchase with 14-21 days of package purchase.   Attention: should you choose to decline purchasing Travel Protection Insurance, the Travel Protection Refusal Form must be received prior to final payment or travel documents will be withheld until received.   

PROMOTIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Relaxation Awaits LLC reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any program or part thereof and to use them for promotional purposes.  By booking a reservation with Relaxation Awaits LLC, program members agree to allow their images to be used in such photographs. Program members who prefer that their images not be used are asked to identify themselves to their travel program escort at the beginning of their program.

Relaxation Awaits LLC does not store any financial or sensitive user data on WeTravel servers. User data such as credit card numbers, bank accounts or SSNs are immediately and securely transmitted to our payment provider with bank-grade SSL encryption. Our payment provider in the US is Stripe (www.stripe.com), one of the world’s largest payment providers, used by many large internet companies such as Facebook and Twitter.  WeTravel nor Relaxation Awaits LLC does not have access at any point to the user’s financial data. 

Payments by credit card, will incur a standard 2.9% transaction fee for Visa/Mastercard or 3.9% for AMEX. There is a 1% transaction fees with ACH bank account payments.  Relaxation Awaits LLC does not accept electronic checks. 

All package pricing is per person (double occupancy).  All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Packages are not sold al-la-carte.  Packages can only be purchased through the Relaxation Awaits booking portal.

Packages do not include transportation to and/or from JFK . 

Packages do not include Travel Protections Insurance.  Travel Protection Insurance is strongly suggested to protect your investment.
