Join Juliana Zappitell for 5 days of pure bliss and deep connection in Mount Shasta. Juliana is a 500 hour yoga teacher with over 4 years of experience leading group classes, workshops, and retreats. Juliana has a BS in Psychology and is a Holistic Health Coach in training. She offers a safe space for women to go inward and connect with their mind, body, and spirit.
This retreat will allow you to connect with nature and other like-minded women on a path to self-realization through deep inner work. Juliana offers nourishing morning Hatha yoga classes to start your day refreshed and anew. She ends the evenings with restorative yoga, sound healing, and reiki. Throughout the experience, there will be opportunities to go deeper in your practice with somatic workshops, art workshops, and oracle ceremonies. When you're not doing yoga or in circle, you will have free time to explore the surrounding property. You can read, journal, or spend time in the sauna while being surrounded by trees and the sound of the running river.
The chance to bathe in the natural sulfur mineral waters on-site is an unforgettable experience. Our modern day diet depletes many minerals due to cooking and processed foods. Many minerals are not absorbed as they go through the digestive tract. Certain minerals are best absorbed through the skin. So, spend some time and bathe in the sulfur mineral waters at the crystal pool or the bathtubs at our Namaste House. It has been known for centuries that soaking in mineral water heals the body, mind, and soul.
One afternoon will also be dedicated to hiking around the beautiful Mount Shasta. Some believe it to be one of the most sacred sites and home to powerful spiritual energies.
