About your trip

January 2026 Trip: $8000January 4 - depart the USA on international flights to JRO (Kilimanjaro)
January 5 - Upon arrival and after clearance with the customs authorities you will be met by my representative and be transferred to your hotel overnight.  Dinner and over night stay at Kahawa House.
January 6 & 7 - 2 nights in Tarangire NP – The tour starts with pick up early in the morning from Kahawa House, with lunch boxes we depart for Tarangire arriving early enough for a game drive, then a lunch break. After that we will embark on an afternoon game-drive till evening. This park is often referred to as the “home of elephants” and you have a great chance to spot elephants in large groups gathering around the Tarangire River. Other animals to be spotted include leopards, lions, giraffes and even tree-climbing pythons! Dinner and overnight at Lake Burunge Tented Lodge.  Each day will have game drives looking for the wildlife.
January 8 & 9 - We'll drive to our camp for 2 nights in the central Serengeti National Park while doing game drive along the way. We descend into the heart of wild Africa with its endless plains rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see.  We arrive in camp in the early evening.  Dinner and overnight at Elwai Camp.
January 10 - 13 - We'll depart for Ndutu this morning and arrive in time for lunch at the lodge, and after lunch we will do an afternoon game drive in the Ndutu area. The majority of the wildebeest migration can normally be found on the short-grass plains from December to April.  The area is usually heavily populated with elephants, birds and resident game.  Dinner and overnight at Nasikia Mobile Migration Camp.
January 14 - We drive back to Arusha and have day rooms at Airport Planet Lodge before our flights depart.
