REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: You have 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel a trip for a full refund. ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 3.5 % PROCESSING FEE. In other words, if you request a refund for a payment or a deposit, your refund will be minus a 3% processing fee. After 24 hours, the trip deposit – and all future payments – are non-refundable. Our contracts with our suppliers are competitive and do not allow refunds and this is how we can offer affordable monthly payments on our trip packages.

TRIP CANCELLATION FOR REASONS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL: In the rare event that it becomes necessary to cancel the trip for reasons beyond our control, such as terrorism, strikes, acts of governments, weather, etc. we will reschedule the trip. Trip delays due to COVID-19 fall under this clause. If you are unable to attend the new trip dates you will receive a trip credit valid for 12 months from the date your trip is rescheduled to apply to a future trip.

Passport – Visas: Please check  U.S. Embassy in Tanzania website regarding requirements for passport and visas. Generally, a tourist visa will be required for visits to the country of no longer than 3 months. Requirements and prices vary by country also you can have the visa once you land at Kilimanjaro International Airport  

Health Documents: It is strongly advised that you consult your doctor or local health department at least 10 weeks prior to departing your country of origin. Check the CDC website here.

A welcome to the beautiful country of Tanzania! Your international flight touches down at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) where afterclearing customs and collecting your baggage you will be greeted by a representative in Arrivals. You will then be transferred to the lush and lovely Kilimanjaro Wonders Hotel only a 45-minute drive from the airport. This first stop is the perfect place to relax after a long flight, stretch your legs and unwind before the adventure really begins.

7:30am depart the Ngorongoro Retreat -Embark to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.  Drive is approx. 20 Minutes from the Retreat in Karatu  After registration, descend to the Crater Floor for a full day of thrilling game drives, spotting rhinos, elephants, lions, buffaloes, and more. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the Hippo poolside picnic site, surrounded by the stunning landscape. Explore the crater's diverse bird life, including flamingos and pelicans at Lake Magadi. 

Depart around 3pm for Serengeti, where an overnight stay at EMBALAKAI TENTED CAMP awaits, complete with a provided lunch box and dinner. A day of wildlife wonders, seamlessly blending excitement and comfort in the heart of Tanzania.

Dive back into the wilderness with a sunset game drive, capturing the magic of Serengeti's golden hours. Your day is seamlessly curated, complemented by the comfort of EMBALAKAI TENTED CAMP, where both lunch box and dinner are included. 

 Check out at the Embalakai Tented Camp in Serengeti and begin your exit from the Serengeti. You will cross the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with an en-route game drive, then pass through Karatu and Arusha. Finally, you will be dropped off at the Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar. 

On arrival in Stonetown Zanzibar your driver from the Emerson Spice Hotel will be there to pick you up and transport you to Emerson Spice Hotel.

After a delicious included breakfast, dive into the magic of Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site bursting with history and culture. Spend the day your way: wander through the lively alleyways and colorful markets, visit iconic sites like Forodhani Gardens, the House of Wonders, and the Old Slave Market, or join a flavorful food tour to savor Zanzibar’s famous spices and street eats and don't forget the night market!  However you choose to explore, every corner of Stone Town tells a story. Tonight, you’ll rest in the heart of it all with an overnight stay in this unforgettable city.

Savor your final morning in paradise with a leisurely breakfast at TOA Hotel & Spa. After checking out, enjoy a comfortable, private transfer to Zanzibar Airport (ZNZ). The journey typically takes approximately  1 hour and 20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions . As you travel, reflect on the unforgettable memories made during your stay. Safe travels!
