About this trip

Join us in the Land of Enchantment! We are excited to add Taos, NM to our newest retreat venue and hope you'll join us for this 4 day weekend excursion.  In typical Flow Yoga Adventures style, we will begin every day with yoga, and a delicious catered breakfast, then pack up for our daily hikes.  Dinners will either be at the lodge, or in town for a night of authentic New Mexican cuisine.  All classes and daily excursions are suggested, of course; we want you to enjoy your time how you need to spend it.

End our weekend together on a Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Ride over the Royal Gorge followed by a Champagne toast! (Additional cost)

Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Ride (optional)

We have chosen a very reputable local company for our Sunday Sunrise ride.  This is completely optional but will be amazing! Each balloon can fit up to 8 people and fly for about an hour.  We meet before sunrise, and watch the set up so it will be an early morning wake up call.  Sunrise is about 6:45am and we want to be in the air before that.  Champagne toast after to celebrate! If you'd like more information or inspiration to try this, check out  https://www.riograndeballoons.com

I am so glad I took this trip, such a great way to decompress, connect with others and spend time with yourself. Each day of the trip was planned well and there was plenty of variety and options. The yoga classes were phenomenal with the view and level of difficulty as the week went on. The view and location of the retreat was fabulous. Food, amenities and services were amazing. I would take the opportunity to go on a retreat with Flow Yoga Adventures, you will be happy you did!

Individual paces encouraged. Individual personalities flourished. Personal limitations discovered and then bent. Space, rest, nature, good health, healthy spirit, exploratory minds and solid relationship connections. Exactly what a retreat should be.

The trip was absolutely incredible. The perfect blend of planned activities, optional ones, and down time. Suzanne's yoga classes were truly amazing and inspiring. Suzanne was also extremely attentive to detail and to each individual's needs as the retreat leader. I really enjoyed getting to know her and the other amazing yogis I met, I miss them all already. Villa Sumaya (and Lake Atitlan in general) is gorgeous and magical place to explore, and the food was always fresh and delicious.
