The privacy and the setting were unbelievable. Our guide, Marco, was extremely knowledgeable. Every staff member of Pristine Camp that we encountered was so hospitable. We didn't stay at the camp, but would definitely consider doing so if we visited again. The hikes and activities we did were not strenuous; while I personally would have preferred more rigor, the relative ease of the activities probably makes this excursion more accessible to more people. This was a beautiful experience that I'd definitely encourage people to do!

We had a very bad experience at the Pristine Camp. First of all, we were told it was a one-hour drive from El Calafate, without anyone asking us what type of vehicle we had. In reality, it took us two hours on a dirt road with no signs and no phone reception. The road was flooded, and at no point did the Camp inform us that it might be difficult to get there. What would happen if we get a flat tire in the middle of nowhere at 8pm!! Nobody was looking for us 

The next day, we had an organized excursion leaving at 6:45 AM. The Camp forgot to give us the entrance tickets for the visit, which we had to pay for again. Even though we were reimbursed, we had to wait in line again—yet another oversight on their part.

Of course, we were aware that the rooms are only heated with wood, but in the morning, when going for breakfast at 7am in the main dome, one expects to find a warm room. This was not the case—the fire hadn’t even been lit.

On the day of our departure, we left without anyone coming to say goodbye or even acknowledging us. 
Having paid nearly $2,500 for two nights, I consider the service to be quite poor even if the the Camp is really nice. It's a pity that such a nice place offer such a poor service.

Truly unique experience - definitely worth the trip.  Coming from a city, we've never experience such solitude and silence, it was just wonderful.  The sunset and sunrise were spectacular and feels unreal.  Oh, and the stars!

The camp was well organized and managed by Florencia and the team.   The rooms were great, plenty of hot water as if we're in a building.  The room was also well stocked with snacks and drinks.  The tour was highly informative and the guide helped take some pictures that were simply amazing from their years of experience.  Food was great with lots of choices and lots of food.

One thing to note is that the temperature shifted dramatically - from 30C to 5C, which we were not prepared for.  The room was cozy and warm with heating but wished we brought our warm clothes with us so we could have enjoyed more time outside.

We had a good holiday. Mariel was wonderful, kind, polite and helpful. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same for all receptionists.

We loved the camp. We recommend buying fans as it got really hot during the day in the domes. We could not be inside our dome and in the main dome there was no A/C either. I would also suggest putting Expreso machines in the domes so we do not need to go to the main dome to get a coffee.

The food was OK. Some meals were excellent and some meals were awful. Unfortunately no consistency. The food options became very repetitive after our second day (we stayed 4 nights).

The car hotel also needs some repairs: the front window was broken we had one of the tyres flat in our way back, etc. There must be a plan B for the hotel car and there wasn't any other car available.

So worth the money. Only six igloos so feels nicely exclusive. Very nice and attentive staff. Hot tub experience in front of the sunset and late star gazing memorable. Highly recommended!

Everything was spectacular, from the staff (they were all very pleasant) to the food (beautiful presentation and very tasty) to the scenery (stunning views). This place is absolutely spectacular. To stay on the immense salt lake of Salinas Grandes where the glaring white is everywhere is difficult to describe. The « igloo «  type accommodation with all the required commodities impresses upon arrival. The small and dedicated staff adds to the pleasure of the stay. Considering the small number of guests the menu for dinner offers a variety of choices and honestly is one of the best meal we had in Argentina so far. We were offered a tour of the Salinas with our host which is a great complement to the experience. Magnificent sunset, stars and sunrise are amazing. Pristine Camps prides itself to be environmentally conscious and it is impressive to see the solar panels, residue collection and the self standing construction. A must do for nature lovers.

We LOVED our stay at Pristine Camps Iguazu!! We were there for our honeymoon, so it was fun to splurge on a luxurious experience that still felt down-to-earth. We booked the nights and let the staff know which flights we booked, and they handled *literally* everything else, which was phenomenal! We felt like royalty! Specific things that were amazing: attention to detail, giving us important necessities to borrow or use for our excursions (hats, water, sunblock, bug spray), the food was incredible and we learned a lot about local cuisine and ingredients, snacks and drinks provided in our room daily, the natural aroma in the room from the local building materials, option to sit inside or outside at meals, great privacy in our room and patio, and tranquil room design. The staff were so friendly and courteous, and it was very quick and easy to communicate with them using email or WhatsApp before and during our trip. We want to stay at Pristine Camps on our next trip to Argentina and see their other locations too, and recommending it to all our friends and family. Thank you Pristine Camps!

After some complications getting there and communicating with the staff, once we arrived, our stay was wonderful. The place is magical, the crew is very attentive, and we enjoyed every minute there. The checkout was quite early, at 10 am, so staying for one night felt a bit short.

All in all, I would totally recommend the experience.
