• Understanding the five koshas and going deeper into each body.

• ,Learn to read bodies and explore the art of hands on adjustments that are appropriate to the individual.

•. Develop a meditation practice.

•. Integrate the practice of Ayurveda into your daily life and routine.

•. Refine your sequencing skills and learn to sequence for the beginner and advanced yogi.

•  Go deeper in yogic philosophy and learn how to integrate it into your teachings and everyday lives.

•. Explore aspects of the shadow and teacher student dynamics.

• Teach with confidence!  There will be practice teaching sessions led by Joan.

This training will include guest teachers offering sound baths, kirtans, body work, and the art of touch.  The main teacher will be Joan along with special guest to create an immersive experience you won't forget!

This will also be a career path for teachers that have already taken their 200 Hour teacher training or who are already practicing and teaching and wish to continue on their journey.

This will be 150 Hours credited towards The School of Yoga.

Reviews

This was an incredible retreat! I was absolutely transformed by the environment at Playa Viva. Everything was magical; from the accommodations, to the food, the service, the yoga shala, the scenery. And of course it was made even more amazing practicing yoga twice a day with Joan. I am still dreaming about it!
