About this trip

An elevated weekend of training, connection, and community in East Nashville

Join us June 19–21 in East Nashville for a thoughtfully curated women’s jiu jitsu weekend designed to bring together strong training, meaningful conversation, and genuine community. Hosted at Broken Anvil Jiu Jitsu, the Middle Tennessee Women’s Jiu Jitsu Summit will feature gi and no gi jiu jitsu, yoga, workshops, and discussion-based sessions in an environment that feels energizing, intentional, and fun.

About this Event

Welcome to the Middle Tennessee Women’s Jiu Jitsu Summit, a weekend created for women who want more from an event than just a few rounds of technique.

This summit is designed to blend high-level training with thoughtful programming, real connection, and the kind of atmosphere that makes the whole experience feel special. Throughout the weekend, attendees will take part in gi and no gi jiu jitsu, yoga sessions, workshops, and guided discussions centered around the women’s experience in the sport.

The goal is to create an environment where women can train hard, learn from different perspectives, connect with one another, and leave feeling both inspired and supported.

Hosted at Broken Anvil Jiu Jitsu in Madison, TN, this event is meant to feel polished, welcoming, and memorable. Expect strong training, curated details, catered meals, and an atmosphere that balances depth, energy, and style, with just the right amount of Nashville personality.

Attendance will be capped at 75 women to preserve the quality of the experience and keep the weekend personal and connected.

Who is this for

This event is for women who want more than just mat time.

It is for women who want strong training, thoughtful conversation, and the chance to connect with other women in the sport in a setting that feels elevated, welcoming, and genuinely fun. Whether you come to sharpen your jiu jitsu, gain new perspective, meet good people, or simply be part of a meaningful weekend, this summit is designed to offer something beyond the usual event format.

Why this summit is different

Most events focus only on technique. This one is built to offer something more complete.

Yes, you will get strong training. But you will also get movement, conversation, perspective, and the chance to be part of a room full of women who are all showing up for growth in their own way. This weekend is about developing on the mats, connecting off of them, and creating the kind of experience more women want to be part of.
