Welcome to our booking form. We will try to be as complete as possible. Do not hesitate if you have any questions.

Our tours are available in small groups (6 to 16 people) or privately. To organize a small group tour, we need a minimum of 6 people in one single language

Our excursions are usually once or twice a week. As space is limited, it is better to book in advance. Once done, we will make you a provisional schedule. This schedule can sometimes vary according to the availability and requests of our different clients in order to try to gather our clients on the same dates. If you are not available on certain dates, please let us know.

Some excursions can be done with one of our partner agencies. The tour remains mainly the same but sometimes with small variations (service in various languages, snack, drink in the restaurant, bike in coba, photo report,...) which are small extras that we try to include when we organize it ourselves. We will of course do our best to make our own tours. Thank you for your understanding.

We are an official agency and all our tours include insurance in case of an accident during one of them. We also offer (optional) insurances to cover you if you can't make it to an excursion. You will find the different options below. If you don't choose any at booking, it will be assumed you chose not to be covered. Contact us for more information.

In order to secure your places, we require at least a deposit. You can pay the deposit by bank transfer (if it is minimum 20 days before your arrival) or by debit/credit card.

One deposit per booking is enough. For a standard booking of small group tours, we ask one deposit of 75 USD (in the payment section, choose 1 person). If you are a group of 6 or more people, the deposit will be 150 USD (2x75 USD) and if you are booking private tours, we require a deposit of 225 USD (3x75 USD). Deposits are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

You can pay the balance at the agency upon arrival in cash in USD or in the local currency, the Mexican peso (recommended). There is a bank right next to the agency to withdraw or exchange currency. All payments in pesos will be made at the exchange rate of the day of the agency. You can pay by debit/credit card but there will be an additional charge (see below)

If you do not wish to pay in cash at the agency, other options are available to you. Since bank charges in Mexico are high, we take care of them ourselves for deposits but not for balances. If you want one of these options, the % of fees indicated will be added to the amount to be paid (contact us for a personalized link). Thank you for your understanding.
