Due to physical or emotional trauma, bad posture or harmful habits and beliefs, energy can get trapped or blocked in the body, causing physical and emotional dis-ease. Thai Yoga Massage with its amazing multitude of techniques and adjustments can release these blockages and bring the body back to its natural equilibrium where balance and well being are present. In this workshop students will undergo 12 hours of Thai Yoga Massage on the campus of a serene, yoga therapy institution complete with green gardens, self-sustaining vegetable production, and a bountiful wildlife audience.
