Cancellation Charges
If you cancel less than 60 days before the trip, Deposits are non-refundable. However, if canceled more than 60 days before the travel date, you can transfer it to another date or trip.
If you cancel 60-31 days before the trip, the Cancellation fee is 40% of the cost.
If you cancel 30-7 days before the trip, the Cancellation fee is 75% of the cost.
If you cancel 6 days to 72 hours before the trip, the Cancellation fee is 100% of the cost.

We understand these are uncertain times, and we want to make sure you feel confident about your options if your plans change. Purchasing travel protection from a reputable company is encouraged.
By booking this trip, you agree that if you choose NOT to purchase travel protection, it is not the responsibility of Travelis By Rhonda LLC for any monies lost due to cancellation, no show, injury, missed flights, or any event due to weather or other similar circumstances. After you make your $300 per person non refundable deposit, your account will be put on a monthly payment plan, with the first payment due on December 15, 2025, and the last due on June 15, 2026. The payment plan is only to keep you on track and budget the trip for you to pay in equal installments. If you would like to make payments in excess of or below the amounts on the payment plan, and or wish to skip months, please email Travelisbyrhondra@gmail.com or send a message through your WETravel account. As long as your trip is PAID IN FULL BY THE Final payment due date, which is June 15, 2026, we will work with you. However, failure to pay your balance by the due date will cancel your booking_ No Exceptions!
You can log onto Wetravel 24 hours to review your account and make payments. Please make sure when you make your initial deposit, to set up your Wetravel account.
Our Vendors require the money to be paid in full by the date of the contract we have signed with them and will not make any exceptions. Travelis By Rhonda LLC will not be held liable for any person's money that has not been paid. Therefore, your booking will be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policies shown below.

Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay in Thailand.
Passports should be machine readable, as no handwritten passports will be accepted at Thailand's ports of entry.
VISA
No VISA is required as long as your passport is valid as stated above.
It is your responsibility to obtain information and to have in your possession all the required documentation and identification required for entry, departure and travel to each country or region. This includes a valid passport and all travel documents required by the relevant governmental authorities including all visas, permits and certificates (including but not limited to vaccination or medical certificates) and insurance policies. You accept full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas and permits prior to the start of the Tour, and you are solely responsible for the full amount of costs incurred as a result of missing or defective documentation. You agree that you are responsible for the full amount of any loss or expense incurred by the Tour Operator that is a direct result of your failure to secure or be in possession of proper travel documentation.
