You may choose to cancel your participation in a JWJ trip at any time; however please note to the following cancellation policy below:

At JWJ Travels, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. You have the option to cancel your initial reservation within the first 14 days after making the initial deposit, but please note that the deposit itself is non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another trip. All payments made toward the balance of your trip are non-refundable after five (5) days of the payment being made. This includes full payments, and monthly or weekly instalment payments and any late fees.

It is advised to purchase trip cancellation insurance as a precaution, in the unlikely event that JWJ Travels may cancel, modify or postpone the Getaway or any part of it for mitigating/extenuating circumstances. 

Please also note that JWJ Travels is not liable for any incidental expenses or consequential losses sustained as a result of your booking being cancelled. This includes but is not limited to:

•        Visas & vaccinations

•        Flights, train tickets, or other transportation fees

> Arrival into Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi airport (BKK)

>Welcome Dinner: Enjoy an international buffet dinner as we cruise along the historical Chao Phraya River. Experience a Thai cultural performance and live music while you eat and take in the view of some of Bangkok's gorgeous landmarks.

>We will cruise among one of the city's star attractions-the largest and popular Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. Board a long wooden tail boat and venture the lively and colourful market through cramped klongs (canals).  

>Experience the “disappearing” Maeklong Railway Market on a working train track. The colours, chaos, flavours, and atmosphere of both markets makes it a unique experience, with the opportunity to capture the perfect photo.

>The famous Khao San Road visit-for Bangkok's liveliest bars, nightclubs, pubs and restaurants.

>Experience Bangkok from a unique perspective on a scenic boat cruise along the Chao Phraya River. We'll hop on and off on this guided tour to explore iconic landmarks like the Grand Palace, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, and Wat Pho, home to Thailand’s largest reclining Buddha. 

>We will enjoy a lovely sundowner with a 360-degree view of the city at one of Bangkok’s elusive rooftop bar & lounge. 

>We will catch a flight to Phuket International Airport (HKT) where we will be transported by our private transfer to our accomodation.

Phuket has many picture- perfect beaches with crystal clear water, white sands, palm trees, and food and drink stalls. Use the rest of the day at your own leisure whether it be relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, doing water activities like jet skis, parasailing, or strolling along Patong beach.

>Experience a traditional Thai body massage and spa treatment .

>Get ready for a day of adventure as we embark on an unforgettable island-hopping adventure in Phang Nga Bay, where towering limestone cliffs, emerald waters, and hidden lagoons await. 

Sample itinerary: We will cruise aboard a yacht catamaran, savour a mixed Asian buffet, and enjoy live DJ music. 

-Kayak through the caves of Hong Island

-Explore secret lagoons

-Visit to the iconic James Bond Island- named after its prominent feature in the film, The Man with the Golden Gun.

>We commence the day with a guided city tour of Phuket, visiting top attractions like the sacred Wat Chalong temple & 45m-high Big Buddha for stunning panoramic views. Located on top of one of the highest viewpoints in the area

>Experience the passion and intensity of a live Muay Thai fight for a truly unique cultural experience. Muay Thai is the national sport in Thailand, and you will have the opportunity of watching a boxing match in the evening.

>This will be followed by a visit to Phuket’s vibrant night market, where you can sample a variety of delicious local thai cuisine from grilled meat and seafood, mango sticky rice, noodles soup, and much more.. 

>We will explore the must-visit Phi Phi archipelago on our own private yacht catamaran. Regarded as one of the most beautiful islands in the world, with stunning scenery, beautiful beaches, and breath-taking bays, you will be whisked around the islands for the day.

-Swimming over the coral reefs of Pileh Lagoon and Bamboo Island,

-A visit to Monkey beach

-Exploring Viking Cave and the famous Maya Bay which was popularised by the famous movie, “The Beach” starring Leonardo DiCaprio.
