Fourteen days across Thailand, from the beaches of Phuket to the temples and ethical elephant sanctuary of Chiang Mai, ending among the limestone cliffs of Krabi and Railay Beach. The journey eases you in with pool days and beach yoga, opens up through culture and connection in the north, then settles into the heart of the trip: four nights of true retreat time at Voasis Resort in Krabi, with floating sound baths, group breathwork, acupuncture and a private speedboat tour of the islands. We close at the world-famous Rayavadee on Railay Beach with beach yoga and a farewell dinner in a cave restaurant.
Your hosts are Patrick Allen, Doctor of Acupuncture and breathwork facilitator, and Joshua and Janine Martin, owners of Get Bent Yoga in Sarasota, Florida and breathwork facilitators. Group size is intimate, with a maximum of 13 participants.
