Soul Yoga and Retreats is a boutique yoga studio located in tranquil surroundings on the Gold Coast. Founded by Donna, who has been hosting international retreats since 2012, her vision of also creating a local space has come to fruition. Our focus is to provide you with the time and space to retreat, the freedom to step out of your life for an hour, a few hours, a day, or a week, to surrender to the bliss of guided movement and nurturing that you deserve and reduce the noise from the outside world.
