Would not have had anyone else help me make my 30th birthday trip happen. Received so much thoughtfulness, care and patience throughout the entire prep process and trip. Morocco was on our bucket list, and we decided to use a travel planner for the first time. We’d seen the stunning trips Hauwa shared on the Shesuthman Travel Experiences Instagram page and decided to trust her with our first getaway together. Best decision ever, really. From the start, Hauwa was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely warm. Every question was answered quickly, every detail shared upfront. We were even sent a fashion guide and packing checklist along with our final itinerary: all thoughtful touches that made everything feel seamless and calmed any nerves we had about visiting a place we’d never been. When we arrived, our wonderful guides, Hassan and Mohammed, were waiting at the airport to greet us and lead us to our air-conditioned private 4x4. They handed us a surprise bouquet from Shesuthman - such a thoughtful touch - and helped us exchange money and grab a bite before driving us to our accommodation: Riad Botannica. The place was breathtaking... and a relief, as Hauwa had personally handled a last-minute switch from our original booking without a single hiccup. We were given the largest room, and Mohammed made sure we were completely settled before heading off, only to return, right on time, the next morning to start our Moroccan adventure. Marrakesh itself felt like a dream. We’d braced ourselves for the awkwardness that can come with traveling while Black, but we encountered none. In fact, the warmth and hospitality everywhere surprised us. Even the famously “aggressive” market vendors turned out to be nothing compared to what you’d experience at the Arts Centre here in Accra. In just four days, we managed to fit in so much: a genuinely fascinating walking tour of the city, the bustling souks, Majorelle Gardens and the YSL Museum, the impressive architecture of Bahia Palace, a night glamping under the stars in the Agafay Desert, plus impromptu visits to a hammam and a climb in the Atlas Mountains. Every time we wanted to add something to the itenary, Hauwa and her team made it happen with no fuss and no stress. We left Marrakesh completely in love with the city and deeply grateful for how thoughtful and well-executed the entire experience had been. Honestly, if you want a travel experience curated with care, handled with professionalism, and sprinkled with a bit of magic, we can't recommend Shesuthman Travel Experiences enough. We will definitely be booking with them again.

This trip being my first international trip and i embarked alone, it was my ultimate wish to enjoy every bit and moment from preparation, packing, movement and the real fun. Working with Shesuthman travel was the greatest and bestest (if there was a word like that) decision I made. From the starting point to the finish line, they helped me throughout and I think they really deserve greater rating on all fronts.10/10 Recommended. From the onset, I received my flight itinerary, which clearly communicated that I will be transiting through Nairobi, Kenya for about 9hrs. As a first time traveller embarking on a lone journey, I did not know what to do or expect. I spoke to my travel planner Hawa about all my fears and she assured me i would be fine . The amazing thing was that before we ended the phone call she had a plan for my 9 hours transit time in Nairobi. I got to experience the hospitality of Kenya first hand. From the friendly uber drivers, Giraffe center, Carnivore Restaurant & staff at Fogo Gaucho, i loved my time Kenya so much. They are very hospitable and nice. The amazing thing was that Shesuthman Travels was checking up on me at each and every time to make sure I was good until my connection to Cape Town. On my arrival in Cape Town, I was welcomed by my driver Moses who helped me with my luggage and transfer to the hotel. The weather in Cape Town was nice and chilly, and the driver was very friendly, polite and time conscious. As soon as I arrived my hotel and checked in, Shesuthman called me and officially welcomed me to Cape Town. This was a greatest feeling ever. My Hotel warmly welcomed me as well and I loved my room with a view of the city’s skyline, where I could gaze in admiration to the beauty of Cape Town & give glory of the Most High. This scene alone was so beautiful and wonderful, as was the rest of my time in Cape Town. I had a truly wonderful time and will not be forgetting this experience for a very long time. Working with Uthman was the best decision we made. Traveling across three countries is not easy but Uthman made the experience seamless. The experiences were curated towards our interests, the guides on ground were friendly and accommodative of our requests, and everything was well planned and coordinated. We also appreciated the info pack shared beforehand so we understood some key things we needed to note about each country before we arrived which helped us quickly adapt and avoid any faux pas. All in all, a fantastic experience and would definitely work with her again. Looking forward to more travel adventures!
