About your trip
The SUYO Experience is a week-long transformational travel experience, set in breathtaking Playa Esterillos, Costa Rica. Join a dynamic group of women from all over the world as we set out to share, explore, learn and grow both together and individually as we gain clarity about what we truly want with this one wild life that we have to live! Together we will participate in daily yoga beachfront, surf lessons, shared experiences with the local community and a chance to give back, laughter, deep talks, fabulous food and drinks, and so much more. This is a week that you truly don't want to miss!
Trip Booking Cancelation Policy
The initial $500 deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining installment payments that are received are refundable up until 45 days prior to the trip.

Enjoy your SUYO front yard with surf lessons led by local surfers during the week
Daily Oceanfront Yoga
Begin each day with yoga in our very own beachfront yoga shala!
Life Design Workshops
Daily womens groups are led by Angie, focusing ourselves on the concepts and deep-dive work of Life Design through Angie's very own Life Design Workbook, which becomes the backbone for our work!
