Besides its astonishing nature, Nepal is abundant of culture and inspiring history. It has been a dream of both of us to visit this mountainous country since a long time and it seems like the greatest idea to visit with a group of like-minded souls. We are confident that Nepal will fill our senses and inspire us for many years to come!
The idea behind this adventure is to cultivate a deeper connection to our five basic senses: sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch. Exploring what is around us through hiking, some yoga and meditation in different places. Visiting temples, enjoying sunrises and sunsets, overnight accommodation in the local tea houses and savouring the local cuisine.
Let’s connect with the adventurous part that resides within each one of us that makes us vibrate with energy, curiosity and brings us back to our true joyful self.
This wonderful trek in the lower Everest region, Solu, is designed to let you experience not only traditional Sherpa culture but also get up and close with Tibetan Buddhism.
