This retreat is designed to help you reconnect with YOURSELF through the Ariem Method for Living™: Presence, Play, and Pleasure. We'll have the necessary Time and Space AWAY from the noise and distraction of our daily lives to get to know ourselves better (perhaps even more so than we ever have before).

And while getting quiet, and "going within ourselves" can be scary at times… it's the MOST Rewarding Gift we can give ourselves. How often are you stopping yourself throughout your day to get curious about why you have certain patterns, habits, or reactions to things?

None of it is by chance. You are the way you ARE because of a unique energetic blueprint called Human Design (which you'll learn about at the retreat)… AND also because of layers upon layers of conditioning that has formed on top of this blueprint.

So the task becomes… to first "KNOW Yourself Better" by understanding your unique Human Design structure, and then begin to move through life with the intention to align to your particular mapping (and of course… experimenting as you go).

Upon arrival at the retreat center, my assistant Kait will provide a beautiful, energetic clean up for you to start this experience in the BEST Possible Energy. This quiet and easy session will help clear away anything that no longer serves you and is weighing you down (it's like an energetic reset)!

You'll also receive more energetic support through a deep, yet subtle energy activation called a "Life Activation". The beauty of this session is that it is only ever needed ONCE in your life, so you won't require it ever again to "stay in balance" or reap the benefits.

A Life Activation pours divine light into your energy structure and creates Nourishing, Fertile "Energetic Soil" within you to plant new seeds. I like to tell my clients about the New Pathways that can open up in their life BECAUSE of this activation! I've seen the joy and possibilities of it first hand through my own experience and the transformation within my clients.

✨ Lisa Hardy is your retreat leader…

She loves exploring and weaving together aspects of Astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, 9 Star Ki, Enneagram, and Gallup’s CliftonStrengths! Not only has this supported her own growth… but it also aids Lisa in connecting with others on a deeper level through their unique gifts and qualities.

For The Ariem Retreat, Lisa is honored and excited to be YOUR host! She will offer some Life Activation sessions for attendees, but her main focus will be facilitating workshops and ensuring that each attendee is held and supported throughout the week in whatever way they may need.

When Lisa isn't supporting others through her Ariem offerings, she works as a creative lead in a Top 10 Fortune 500 company. She finds deep fulfillment in supporting her team of UX/UI and product designers in order to make a meaningful difference in the American healthcare space!

She is a certified Life Activation Practitioner, Healer, and Kabbalist in the ancient Lineage of King Solomon. Lisa is also a Max Meditation System™ facilitator, and part of the PeaceLove CREATOR program (which offers non-profit expressive arts workshops to support mental health).

✨ Kait Rees is your retreat assistant…

For The Ariem Retreat™, Kait will be supporting Lisa by facilitating Life Activation sessions for attendees throughout the week and providing energy clearing sessions for everyone on arrival day.

She is a certified Life Activation Practitioner, Healer, Kabbalist and 2nd Step Ritual Master, in the ancient Lineage of King Solomon. Through her certifications, she is able to offer over 15 deep spiritual healings to her clients.

When Kait isn't facilitating healing sessions, she's an accomplished corporate leader. She currently works as a Director for a Cancer Diagnostics company, and holds both an M.S. in Molecular Biology and an MBA.

On a more personal note… she's known for her cooking, but says she doesn't have a creative bone in her body. She's a Generator 1/4 with Sacral Authority in Human Design, which pairs beautifully with Lisa's wildly creative 3/5 Emotional Manifestor energy!

ALCOHOL: While we want you fully relax and unwind, The Ariem Retreat™ is a wellness retreat that incorporates energetic work and sacred ceremony… with fun excursions and supportive workshops. We lovingly request that if you'd like to purchase alcoholic beverages during the retreat, you limit your consumption to 2 per day to honor your physical and energetic wellness during the week.
