About this trip

One of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is the opportunity to step outside of our everyday lives. Creating space allows us to reconnect with ourselves. It quiets the mental noise, settles the nervous system, and reminds us what truly matters.

That is the intention behind The Art of Receiving Retreat.

For six nights, we’ll gather at Ebbio, a beautifully restored 13th-century farmhouse in the rolling hills of Tuscany, for a retreat devoted to slowing down, being fully cared for, and creating space for rest, creativity, inspiration, and deeper connection.

Mornings will begin peacefully with fresh coffee, journaling, community connection, kundalini yoga, breathwork & sound healing in the dreamiest practice space. Days will unfold through reflective workshops, creativity, nature, Italian culture, meaningful conversation with new friends.

There will be plenty of time to simply enjoy being in Italy: long meals made with ingredients grown at Ebbio, wandering through Tuscan villages, creating meals + herbal balms with our hands, relaxing beneath the trees + pool, and leaving room for the moments in between that often become the most memorable.

Everything is thoughtfully taken care of so there is less to manage and more room to breathe, rest, nourish, and simply be.

The Art of Receiving explores what happens when life is approached with less urgency and more intention. Less forcing and more trust. Less constant striving and more openness to what is already unfolding.

This retreat is not about becoming less ambitious. It is about creating from a more nourished place & taking aligned action without constant pressure, trusting timing without needing every detail mapped out, and staying open to support, joy, inspiration, and possibility.

The intention is to return home deeply rested, creatively renewed, and more intentional with where energy goes, reminded that sometimes the clearest ideas arrive when life slows down, and sometimes the next step appears when there is finally enough space to see it.

There is nothing to plan. Just the invitation to say yes. We’ll take care of the rest.

WHAT IT IS:

The Art of Receiving is a six-night immersive retreat designed to help you experience a different way of living… one rooted in trust, presence, ease and connection.

Throughout the week, we'll guide you through a thoughtfully curated blend of Kundalini Yoga, meditation, breathwork, Yoga Nidra, sound healing, transformational workshops, guided journaling and meaningful conversations. Every practice has been intentionally chosen to help you quiet the mental noise, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.

Together, we'll explore the subconscious beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck in overthinking, overgiving, perfectionism and the pressure to always have everything figured out. You'll leave with practical tools to help you navigate uncertainty, trust yourself more deeply and move through everyday life with greater peace and intention.

Beyond the inner work, we've intentionally created plenty of space to simply enjoy Italy.

Picture slow mornings, long meals around the table, wandering through charming Tuscan villages, exploring nearby vineyards, reading beneath the olive trees, receiving a massage, taking an afternoon nap or spending time in quiet reflection surrounded by nature. There will be moments of laughter, adventure, meaningful conversation and the kind of connection that often becomes one of the most memorable parts of the week.

This retreat isn't about filling every moment with activities. It's about creating enough space for you to breathe, reflect, receive and remember what it feels like to simply enjoy your life.

You'll return home feeling rested, inspired and deeply connected to yourself, with practical tools and a renewed way of moving through the world that will continue supporting you long after the retreat ends.

WHERE IT IS:

Ebbio is a restored 13th- century farmhouse set in the heart of Tuscany, near the medieval village of Monteriggioni and within easy reach of Siena and Florence. Surrounded by olive groves, lavender fields, organic gardens, and open countryside, it offers a peaceful setting for rest, creativity, connection, and a slower way of living.

Ebbio is an intimate, artful farmhouse shaped by history, nature, sustainability, and generations of care. Its stone walls, terracotta floors, open windows, communal gathering spaces, yoga shala, wisteria-covered pergola, and wood-fired pizza oven create an atmosphere that feels warm, soulful, and deeply connected to the land.

Tuscany itself feels like an extension of the retreat. Meals are enjoyed slowly. The roads curve through vineyards, olive trees, and villages that have stood for centuries. The evenings seem to last a little longer.

There is an Italian phrase, dolce far niente— the sweetness of doing nothing. Because life is meant to be experienced, enjoyed, tasted, felt, and received.

We intentionally chose this venue so you can receive fully everyday:

✨ Wake up to birdsong and fresh Tuscan air

✨ Sip coffee beneath a wisteria-covered pergola

✨ Practice in a spacious yoga shala surrounded by nature

✨ Eat colorful meals made with ingredients picked from the garden

✨ Walk through olive groves, lavender, herbs, and open countryside

✨ Read beneath a tree with nowhere else you need to be

✨ Create with your hands without worrying about the result

✨ Learn to make Italian food in the farmhouse kitchen

✨ Share long dinners around a communal table

✨ Watch the golden evening light move across the Tuscan hills

✨ Fall asleep in the deep quiet of the countryside

Whether you’re looking for the privacy of your own room, traveling with a friend, or joining solo and open to sharing, we’ll offer a range of accommodation options to support different preferences and budgets.

🌟 Private rooms are limited— reserve yours ASAP if you want your own space!

WHO THIS RETREAT IS FOR:

This retreat is for the busy ones, the caretakers, the creators, the planners, and the people everyone relies on.

You’re not simply looking for a vacation. You’re craving enough space to breathe, reconnect, and hear yourself again.

You may love your life and still feel exhausted by the pace of it. You may be proud of everything you’ve created while recognizing that you no longer want to build your future through pressure, urgency, and constant effort.

This retreat is for you if you’re longing to:

✔️ Unplug from your responsibilities and allow someone else to take care of the details

✔️ Rest without feeling guilty, unproductive, or behind

✔️ Release the pressure to predict, control, or prepare for every possible outcome

✔️ Recognize the ways perfectionism, people pleasing, overworking, and overgiving have kept you in survival mode

✔️ Reconnect with your intuition and trust your inner guidance more deeply

✔️ Create space for new ideas, inspiration, and clarity to emerge naturally

✔️ Build a more intentional relationship with your time, energy, and attention

✔️ Explore spiritual practices like Kundalini yoga, sound healing, meditation, and subconscious work in a grounded way

✔️ Be surrounded by an open-hearted community of people who value growth, creativity, adventure, and meaningful conversation

✔️ Experience the beauty, food, art, nature, and slower rhythm of Tuscany

✔️ Return home deeply rested and inspired to approach life with less force & more flow

This experience is open to all genders, backgrounds, and levels of experience. You don’t need to practice yoga regularly, consider yourself spiritual, or arrive feeling completely clear about what you need.

The feminine energy we’ll explore is not about gender. It is the receptive energy that exists within all of us… the part that listens, feels, creates, allows, trusts, and responds rather than constantly pushing, chasing, and proving.

All we ask is that you arrive with an open heart, a curious mind, and a willingness to meet yourself where you are.

If something within you is whispering, “This is what I need,” trust that.

Tuscany is calling, and we cannot wait to welcome you.

RETREAT INTENTION & THEME:

Life has a way of pulling us in a million different directions. Have you ever felt like you’re doing everything you’re supposed to do, but moving through life too quickly to truly experience it?

Calendars fill up. The to-do list grows. There are decisions to make, people to care for, and somehow we become very good at being the person who can handle it all. We know this feeling because we’ve lived it too.

There have been seasons when slowing down felt harder than staying busy. When rest came with guilt. When we wanted clarity so badly that we tried to think our way into every answer.

The Art of Receiving is an invitation to step out of the cycle of overthinking & overdoing.

A way of living that feels more spacious, intentional, nourishing, and alive. Where rest is part of the rhythm. Where creativity has room to return. Where intuition can be heard beneath the noise. Where meaningful goals can still be pursued without forcing every step.

This retreat is about becoming more intentional with energy, allowing support in, loosening the grip on having everything figured out, and creating space for what truly nourishes us.

Because some of life’s most beautiful gifts arrive when there is finally enough space to receive them.

The intention is to return home deeply rested, creatively renewed, and more connected to what matters, with fresh perspective and a deeper trust that a beautiful life does not have to be forced into existence.

More open. More intentional. More magnetic.

WHY WE CREATED THIS RETREAT:

Again and again, we meet people who are tired. Not only physically tired, but tired of making every decision.

We know what it’s like to build a beautiful, meaningful life while still moving through it with urgency. To believe in trust while overthinking every decision. To understand the importance of rest while continuing to postpone it. To have exciting ideas while feeling too mentally full to follow them.

Through our retreats, classes, coaching, travels, and conversations with our community, we continue to hear the same longing:

“I want to slow down, but I don’t know how.”

“I want to trust life, but I’m afraid to let go.”

“I want to feel supported, but asking for help feels uncomfortable.”

“I want to feel inspired again, but I’m exhausted.”

That is why we created The Art of Receiving.

We believe that clarity doesn’t always come from thinking harder. Creativity needs space. Receiving support doesn’t make you less capable. Softness and strength can exist together. You can have a powerful vision for your life without forcing every detail into place.

We’ve woven together the practices and experiences that have helped us reconnect with this truth:

✨ Kundalini yoga and breathwork to shift your energy and reconnect with your intuition

✨ Sound healing and yoga nidra to invite deep rest and nervous system regulation

✨ Transformational workshops and subconscious work to release the beliefs that keep you gripping for control

✨ Journaling and self-reflection to create space for your own voice and inner wisdom

✨ Creativity and play to reconnect with curiosity, expression, and inspiration

✨ Time in nature to restore your energy and return to a slower, more natural rhythm

✨ Nourishing meals to remind you how good it feels to be cared for and fed well

✨ Meaningful community to show you that independence does not have to mean doing everything alone

The intention is woven into every detail. When you experience the beauty of Tuscany without needing to make the moment productive.

This retreat is a sacred space to unplug from the external world, reconnect with your own rhythm, and remember what it's like to fill up your own cup first.
