Before you can reset, you have to land. Not just at the airport, but in your body. In the present.
Today is about crossing the threshold from the life you live at full speed into something slower, softer, and entirely yours.
We’ll meet you at the airport and bring you to the venue - a boutique wellness hotel nestled in olive groves on the island of Kos.
Check into your room, where a welcome goodie bag is waiting. Then do whatever feels right: walk the grounds, sit by the pool, lie on your bed and stare at the ceiling. There’s no agenda yet. Just arrival.
In the evening, we come together for the first time over a welcome dinner. Good food, easy conversation, and the beginning of something. No icebreakers. No forced energy. Just a table, a meal, and the slow realisation that for the next five days, you don’t have to be anywhere else.
You've arrived. Now it's time to slow down. Today is about giving your nervous system permission to downshift. No deadlines. No notifications. The most productive thing you can do today is nothing.
The morning begins in silence. Not as a rule but as a gift. No small talk over breakfast. No pressure to perform. Just you, your thoughts, and the sound of the olive trees. We'll move into our first group wellness session still held in that stillness; gentle movement, breathwork, stretching. It's designed to meet you exactly where you are, not where you think you should be. The silence slowly lifts afterwards, and you'll be surprised how differently conversation flows when it starts from stillness rather than obligation.
Spend the afternoon floating in the pool, sitting under an olive tree with a book you've been meaning to read for six months. Try the ice bath if you're feeling brave. Later in the afternoon, for those who want it, we'll come together for something creative — an art class. No skill required. Just colour, conversation, and permission to make something imperfect.
In the evening, we gather again for dinner — and by now, the conversations start to go deeper. After dinner, the fire pit. No agenda. Just warmth, conversation, and the kind of quiet that only comes when you've finally stopped running.
By now, something has shifted. The urgency has faded. Your shoulders have dropped. Today we take that new lightness and carry it out onto the water.
This is our boat day — a curated experience along the coastline of Kos. Sun on your skin, salt in the air, the Aegean stretching out in every direction. We’ll swim in coves you can’t reach by land, eat lunch on deck, and let the afternoon unfold the way afternoons are supposed to: slowly, with nowhere to be.
If the sea isn’t calling you, stay behind. The venue is yours to enjoy. Some of the most restorative days happen when you choose to go nowhere at all.
In the evening, we regroup for dinner. The table feels different tonight. Easier. Louder. The kind of easy that only comes when strangers have started becoming something more.
This is the day you didn’t know you needed. The rest has done its work. The noise has quieted. And in that quiet, something comes into focus — not a revelation, nothing dramatic, just a small, steady remembering of who you are when you’re not performing.
The morning brings another wellness session — slower, more reflective, designed to close the circle we opened on Day Two. After that, the day is yours to savour. There will be a mix of wholeness workshops, intimate journalling sessions and meditation sessions.
In the late afternoon, we gather for something simple but meaningful — a group reflection. Nothing prescribed. Just a moment to share what this week has stirred, what you’re carrying home, and what you might be ready to leave behind. It’s optional, like everything here. But most people stay.
The evening is our farewell dinner. A curated meal, a toast, and the kind of laughter that only happens when people have been still together long enough to really see each other. Afterwards, sunset drinks by the pool for those who aren’t ready for the week to end.
You came here running on empty. You leave full. Not in a loud, dramatic way — in the quiet way that actually lasts. The kind of rest that rewires something. The kind of connections that don’t end at the airport.
This morning is short and sweet. One last breakfast together. One last look at the olive groves. Pack up, check out, and let us take you back to the airport.
The real world is waiting, but you’re returning to it differently. A little slower. A little softer. A little more sure of what matters.
